To do this effectively and at scale, we need to reimagine how banking works. We need a solid API standard for the seamless distribution of financial services and products; this is exactly what we do here at FinBox.

At FinBox you will be redesigning the banking rails for the world.
We are a passionate team of hackers, tinkerers, and builders on a mission to bring financial services to the next billion Indians. The infrastructure for the distribution and access of financial services in India is broken and we are fixing it one API at a time.
What you will do:
• Create, specify, control, and advance key product areas to create a best ever Lending infrastructure offering.
• Drive the engineering team through well constructed consumer perspective and roadmaps.
• Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
• Encourage API-first mentality: recognise and take ownership of technical, non-functional requirements for creating APIs
• Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritised features and supporting evidence.
• Help drive market success by collaborating with the stakeholders.
• Work directly with our partner Banks and NBFCs along with clients as an product expert drive the knack for smooth delivery of the product and maintain pace for development.

• Ability to effectively translate the product requirement to the development team
• Passion to take ownership of product and its execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to comprehend system and the technical requirements, to strategize and plan the roadmap ahead.
