As a Product Manager At HotDoc, You Will Lead Product Management Within One Of Our Dynamic Squads. Collaborate With Design, Data, And Engineering Peers, As Well As Other Teams Across The Organisation To Drive User And Business Outcomes. Some Of The Impactful Problems We Solve Include
Getting patients care faster, including shifting more care to online and asynchronous methods
Defining and maintaining quality and timeliness of care standards across the platform
Making care easier to navigate, including connecting patients to the right care from the right provider
Building products to make GPs and other practitioners more efficient and confident

Unique Value of the Role
As a Product Manager at HotDoc, you will autonomously lead a product team to identify user value and build products that drive HotDoc's growth. This is achieved through close customer relationships, a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry, and strong stakeholder engagement. You will prioritise complex projects in collaboration with senior leadership.
Key Accountabilities
Creating exceptional user experiences on HotDoc
Leading innovation to identify new product opportunities and optimise existing products
Ensuring your squad has clear 3-12 month goals aligned with HotDoc’s vision and goals, supported by UX research and quantitative data
Maintaining close relationships with senior leadership and collaborating with designers, engineers, and PMs within the Product team
Having a thorough understanding of your area of responsibility, informed by user insights, competitor analysis, and the broader healthcare landscape
Setting quarterly goals and objectives that inspire your team and contribute meaningfully to company goals
Regularly meeting and surveying users, fostering a culture of frequent feedback within your team
Reporting the commercial impacts of your area to senior leadership and the wider business
Working with the CEO and HotDoc leadership to contribute to the long-term Product vision
Experiences, Capabilities & Qualifications
Required Experience, Capabilities & Skills
3+ years of professional and related Product Management experience
Experience with commercial modelling
Experience working with senior leadership
Experience with goal setting and reporting
Proficiency with analytics tools and working with datasets
Experience conducting product exploration and prioritisation activities
Experience working with engineers in an agile environment
High empathy and commitment to being an advocate for our users
Required Education / Qualifications
Degree or training in a field relevant to product management, technology, or design
