:
DBS Bank India Ltd. acts as corporate agent (Insurance distributor) to multiple life, general and health insurance companies under the IRDAI guidelines. The bancassurance business consists of life, general and health insurance business across various banking channels.
Job Purpose
This role in particular requires the candidate to drive the Bank's General insurance business targets
Key Accountabilities
• Drive GI sales targets across all the distribution channels viz. TRM VRM, Branches, CASA
• Maintain persistency above 80%
• Maintain the health and commercial book of the erstwhile business
• Roll - out and execution of initiatives, micro-marketing activities across branches and CASA channel
• Drive product trainings and product programs and GI penetration across the face-to-face channels
Job Duties & responsibilities
Co-originated products:
In addition to the above BAU activities, the role will also require the candidate to manage the sales drive on asset co-origination products:
a. Consumer LAP and Mortgage:
• Drive the targets for C-lap and Mortgage co-originated insurance across branches
• Roll-out processes, trainings to ensure smooth processing across branches
• Assist and track issuance and work with partners to drive the login to issuance ratio
• Work with the insurance partners to deploy appropriate manpower to drive the targets
b. Gold loan:
• Drive the targets for gold loan co-originated insurance across branches
• Roll-out processes, trainings to ensure smooth processing across branches
• Assist and track issuance and attachment rate
• Work with the insurance partners to deploy appropriate manpower to drive the targets
c. Credit cards:
• Drive the targets for credit card co-originated insurance across branches
• Work with portfolio team to launch campaigns across various channels to ensure maximum footfalls in the credit card journey
• Design the communication in collaboration with the partner to bring out the clear value proposition in the customer communication
• Work with the insurance partners to deploy appropriate manpower to drive the targets
Required Experience
• Has a minimum 5 to 7 years work experience in relevant domain
• Has good communication skills and experience in driving asset-linked insurance business
Education / Preferred Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in sales, marketing, finance or any other

• Strong academic background
• Should be self -motivated and adaptable.
• Should be focused and well organized
