Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and launch new products.
• Define product requirements and specifications based on customer feedback and market research.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch support.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of banking products and services.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
