Conduct business in accordance with CASG BMS, Project Controls Function policies, procedures, and guidelines
Apply strong commercial capabilities including scoping and preparing new contracts, managing procurement activities, overseeing license upgrades, and ensuring commercial integrity across all project work
Who we’re Looking For:

You’re someone who brings structured thinking, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset. You can balance multiple moving parts, engage effectively across teams, and ensure governance requirements are consistently achieved. You thrive in environments where clarity, coordination, commercial understanding, and disciplined execution underpin success.

Familiarity with Defence project management systems and frameworks (e.g., One Defence Capability System, PPRIP, SPMS) is highly desirable
Strong organisational skills and a commitment to delivering outcomes within scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements
Ability to provide guidance, mentoring, and support to team members
