Dabble is an online sports and racing bookmaker (licensed by the NTRC), formed in 2020 and embracing the scaleup journey. Overview

As a Product Manager (Core), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Dabble’s Core Roadmap across sportsbook and fantasy apps. This role requires an individual who is passionate about delivering a unique customer experience through technology, while ensuring we consider Responsible Gambling every step of the way.

Responsibilities include facilitating ideation, prioritisation, development, and delivery of initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally with Technology, Compliance, Customer Operations and other business units. The focus will be on delivering initiatives that enhances a customer’s experience when utilising our payments, account and responsible gambling features.


Primary Location

This role is currently open to all locations within Australia, however candidates based in Melbourne may be preferred.

Responsibilities

Work with the Head of Product (Core) to drive product development from ideation to delivery across the portfolio, which includes Identity Verification (KYC), Customer Payments, Account Management and Support, Responsible Gambling and Business Compliance.
Manage initiatives within the Core Roadmap, in line with Dabble’s strategy and business needs
Work in collaboration with the Customer Operations and Technology teams to generate and gather requirements and design for initiatives, while ensuring these requirements are accurate, detailed and documented for development
Work in collaboration with UI/UX Designers to bring initiatives and customer journeys to life
Manage Product delivery within cross-functional delivery teams in line with Dabble’s software delivery process, including but not limited to:
Sprint kickoffs & rhythm meetings to track progress
Break initiatives into technical requirements for delivery
Backlog grooming of initiatives, ad-hoc improvements and bugs, ensuring work is well written, clear and up to date
Provide domain expertise and product support throughout development
User acceptance testing of initiatives
Work closely with the Voice of the Customer function to integrate feedback into design of products
Contribute to regular (monthly & quarterly) updates on the status of plans, development, and released products
Skills & Qualifications

Commercial experience as part of a digital project team
Commercial experience writing requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring tickets are always up to date
Experience working with 3rd party KYC and Payments Tools (preferred)
Experience working in jurisdictions outside of Australia -> UK, Europe, US (preferred)
Experience undertaking analysis of product performance and reporting results to stakeholders
Experience working on a day to day basis with developers to ensure requirements are understood and product is delivered to spec
Strong verbal and written communication skills
An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
A strong interest in a broad range of racing, sport and betting (preferred)

Remuneration

The advertised salary for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 + Super + Benefits with room to be flexible.
