What role you will play in team
You will be a key member of the Corporate Banking Product team
working closely with relationship managers and technology teams to develop and implement innovative financial solutions for corporate clients
What you will do
Manage the entire product lifecycle
from ideation to launch and beyond
focusing on meeting the evolving needs of our corporate client base
Key responsibility
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
Define product requirements and specifications based on client needs and market dynamics
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and launch new products
including relationship managers
technology teams
and legal
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators
KPIs
to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement
Develop and maintain product documentation
including marketing materials and training materials
Manage the product budget and resources
Required Qualification and Skills
Bachelor
s degree in Finance
Economics
or a related field

5 years of relevant experience in product management
ideally within a corporate banking environment
Strong understanding of corporate banking products and services
Excellent analytical and problem
solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
