Full job description
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team on a 12 month FTC to cover for one of our legendary Product Manager's as she enters into the exciting world of motherhood!
You'll be joining an amazing team with energy, commitment and a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes. Our teams take ownership of their products and enjoy the autonomy to innovate - and after the purchase of a new product and business eight months ago, well let's just say, it's a pretty exciting time for our product team!
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Market Insight
Conduct customer touch points (interviews, surveys, prototype tests)
Translate insights into evidence‑backed problem statements
Monitor competitor activity and market trends; refine tactics rapidly
Outcome‑Based Planning
Ensure that we focus on work that drives the company's strategic outcomes
Contribute and own the OKRs with clear leading indicators
Maintain a continuously prioritised backlog in ProductBoard based on Strategic anchors, customer insights and feedback
Regularly communicate an intent‑driven narrative roadmap with the Senior Leadership Team. Focus on the why and the impact rather than just the feature lists
Rapid Discovery & Delivery
Design and run high‑velocity experiments (A/B testing, fake‑door tests, multivariate testing, etc.)
Work closely with design and engineering to explore multiple solutions before making a decision
Enforce instrumentation and guardrail metrics before every launch
Product Lifecycle Ownership
Shepherd features from concept through optimisation to retirement
Keep requirements, pricing rules, and risk registers up to date
Partner with Marketing & Sales on go‑to‑market and track funnel metrics post‑launch.
Enable Customer Experience teams
by providing advanced context on upcoming changes, explaining the expected impact and goals, and equipping them to create help articles, tutorial videos, and feed our AI chatbot's knowledge base
Culture & Leadership
Model candid, evidence-based debate; escalate only when alignment fails
Champion 'One Team, One Dream' by facilitating cross-squad workshops to share product best practices
Demonstrate 'Dare to Care' by advocating relentlessly for customer empathy in every product decision
Skills & Experience
Must have
Five or more years’ end-to-end SaaS product management, demonstrating measurable improvements in activation, engagement or retention
Mastery of dual-track discovery: user research, hypothesis framing, experimentation and validation
Proficiency in backlog management and prioritisation frameworks (RICE, ICE or similar)
Strong stakeholder management: align cross-functional teams and senior leadership around product decisions
Data-driven decision-making: comfortable using product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) to derive insights and measure outcomes
Excellent communication skills: clear, concise documentation and storytelling that drives action
Nice to have
Experience with delivering to strategic OKR and outcome-based roadmaps
Familiarity with appropriate agile, metrics and discovery tools (e.g. Trello, GitHub, Azure DevOps, ProductBoard, Heap Analytics, Pendo, Amplitude, Hotjar, Figma, Dovetail, etc.)
Background in prop-tech or marketplace products
Exposure to growth and experimentation frameworks (RICE, AARRR, Lean Startup, PIE, etc.)
