Job Description
Portfolio Manager
o Responsible to drive current account Portfolio development and Portfolio
penetration for bank Pan India.
o Launch programs and campaigns across channels to increase wallet share from
customers and improve liability growth.
o Drive repeat transactions and become the default payment mode through
direct to customer campaigns
o In-depth analysis on various parameters such as Dormant and inactive accounts.
o Increasing Product penetration, digital activation, portfolio stratification on
balance bucketing
o Portfolio Management through driving product holding and increasing wallet
share through CMS, TFx, POS, Cards & Working Capital products, improve
profitability by driving continuous transaction activation & client engagement
o Collaborate with senior management of various business units to drive common
organizational level key objectives
o Engagement with Internal partners to Align to the Overall Banks Strategy
o Training - Channels, Branches – classroom / Knowledge series / query resolution
o Work closely with MIS to identify/resolve concerns and also for setting up of
new MIS reports or to modify existing reports
o Design, execute & implement Customer Feedback Programs - incorporate
feedback, develop Product Projections
o Customize offers and track performance of these offerings periodically
