Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
AMINA India is looking for an experienced and dynamic Product Manager who will work closely within our Custody and Staking product area and work alongside product managers and developers to ensure timely delivery of innovative features and services in line with our roadmap.
Your AMINA To-Do List
Work with the Chief Product Officer to establish the vision for the Custody and Staking team and align team's roadmap with Amina's goals and target customer segments
Evaluate market trends in Custody and Staking space, investigate third-party partnership opportunities that align with Amina's strategic objectives and work with Legal to finalize contracts with third parties
Obtain budget approval for new initiatives based on data analysis, customer insights and market research
Work closely with Product Design and Engineering teams to build custody and staking products with exceptional user experience, facilitating key ceremonies such as sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives
Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog.
Prioritize roadmap items based on customer needs, potential return on investment and inputs from stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Trading, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Legal
Define and monitor key product metrics, analyze product performance data, and iterate on features to enhance user experience and promote product adoption.
Lead product support for Custody and Staking, including issue tracking, user and stakeholder communications, and release planning and prioritization.
Partner with both business stakeholders and engineering teams to research, design and execute upon roadmap.
Formulate sprint plans and ensure buy in from all squad members.
Run key ceremonies such as sprint planning, refinements, and retrospectives.
Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they`re clearly understood by the relevant teams.
Lead the product release plans and provide testing support to ensure features are customer ready.
Mitigate roadblocks to achieve sprint and release goals.
Define and measure key product metrics, analyze product performance data and iterate on product features to continuously improve the user experience and drive product adoption
Your golden ticket to the AMINA team:
University Degree (Bachelor or Master's degree).
Prior experience within digital assets custody and storage including exposure to staking services and DeFi.
7+ years of relevant product experience, with a proven track record in the financial services industry.
Proficiency in Agile methodology, Jira, Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and drive results.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with flat cross-functional teams with little hierarchy and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Knowledge of tools such as productboard, craft.io, monday.com etc would be ideal.
