Job Title: Senior Product Manager- Data Assure

What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision:
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Relish Data Assure, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Identify market opportunities through customer research, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
• Drive innovation and differentiate the product by leveraging AI, automation, and enterprise software integrations.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to deliver high-impact product releases.
• Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and translating it into actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align the product roadmap with business objectives.
Product Development:
• Develop and maintain detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Prioritize features based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
• Define and monitor product success metrics, including adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze usage data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions.
• Continuously iterate and improve the product to maximize value for users and stakeholders.
Customer Engagement:
• Partner with customer success and sales teams to ensure seamless product adoption and onboarding.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Relish Data Assure, delivering presentations, demos, and training sessions.
• Address customer pain points by identifying and implementing product enhancements.
Market Leadership:
• Stay informed on data management, compliance, and enterprise software trends.
• Represent Relish at industry events, webinars, and conferences to showcase the value of Relish Data Assure.
What You’ll Bring:
Necessary and desirable qualifications include, but are not limited to, the following:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Data Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within SaaS, enterprise software, or data management.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Deep understanding of data governance, compliance, and enterprise workflows.
Skills:
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, or similar).
• Experience with AI/ML, data security, or enterprise SaaS platforms is a plus.
