About Us

The Product Manager for Diligent One connects our Platform Business Unit (BU) with other Product BUs to ensure shared capabilities are understood, adopted, and aligned to business outcomes. This role embeds directly with BU teams to translate Diligent One's value into practical applications while bringing back insights that guide Diligent One's roadmap. The ideal candidate has customer-facing experience, technical fluency, and a strong sense of empathy for both internal teams and end customers.


Key Responsibilities

Act as the key liaison between Diligent One and assigned BUs.
Embed with BU teams to understand use cases and identify integration opportunities.
Translate Diligent One capabilities (AI, Data Services, Reporting, Identity, Integrations) into clear value stories.
Ensure Diligent One is strategically aligned with each Business Unit and that alignment is reflected in our roadmap.
Represent Diligent One priorities in BU planning and ensure dependencies are well-managed.
Capture feedback from BUs and customers to shape Diligent One's roadmap.
Create and maintain materials that explain how BUs can best consume Diligent One services.
Drive internal advocacy for Diligent One adoption and alignment with the Diligent One vision.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of SaaS experience in Product Management, Professional Services, Solution Engineering, or Customer Success.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and business teams.
Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
Resilience in managing competing priorities with confidence and professionalism.
Deep curiosity about customer workflows and how shared services deliver value.
Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, integrations, or GRC domains is a plus.
