Roles and Responsibilities :
• Astute business understanding; a very business focussed approach to solving the problem
• Build products from scratch and the vision to scale it
• Long term thinking around creating product and execution roadmaps
• Switch between short-term and long-term goals and define and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Tech, Design, CS, Business, and Analytics teams to implement product solutions.
• Responsible for delivering key metrics targets for the assigned.
• Articulate and evangelize product vision, strategy priority, and - Go to market plans - in a compelling manner
• Preferably B2C experience.
• Fintech Experience is a Must-Have.
