Role Details
As a product manager, you will be responsible for adopting and implementing new products in the bank's ecosystem, with a focus on prepaid cards such as FAStag. You will lead successful testing and deliver products within defined timelines, while analyzing data to adjust development plans and track success. Additionally, you will liaise with various internal departments and regulatory agencies.

• Analyzing data to adjust development plans and track product success, and developing metrics to measure the effectiveness of new products.
• Liaising with various internal departments, such as operations, compliance risk, and customer service, and with regulatory agencies like NPCI and NHAI.
• Understanding of APIs and integrating with vendors to provide seamless customer experiences.
• Developing and executing product strategies, including managing the product life cycle from ideation to launch to retirement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans, including pricing, promotions, and distribution channels.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to drive product innovation and differentiation.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and working closely with compliance and risk teams to mitigate product-related risks.
Applicants must have:
Minimum of 3-5 years of post MBA experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the financial services industry.
Prior experience of developing and managing digital payments business will be an added advantage.
