We're seeking a dynamic Product Manager to help implement our strategic initiatives and shape the future of our fund suite.

Role Responsibilities
Develop new Betashares products, ensuring our product suite remains best-in-class and meets the needs of our clients.
Project manage the end-to-end implementation from product development to fund launches.
Build and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they effectively support the product strategy e.g. index providers.
Facilitate effective product development meetings, ensuring thorough follow-up on action items and the successful and timely execution of projects.
Assist in all aspects of product management, maintenance, quality and strategy, ensuring Betashares’ funds are presented, distributed and maintained to the highest standard.
Regularly review funds for alignment with investor expectations.
Assess market dynamics, conduct ongoing competitor analysis, and provide recommendations for optimising product features.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including product disclosure statements, target market determinations, factsheets, and other relevant materials.
Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of relevant product policies, frameworks and governance structures including working with the Legal and Compliance team to ensure. compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards, including keeping up to date with regulatory changes and overseeing necessary adjustments to product offerings.
Review external communications, including product webpages and promotional material, to ensure information is accurate and consistent with strategy.
Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Portfolio Management and Sales to ensure that all aspects of product management are aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, including strategic product management.
Excellent numerical proficiency, commercial acumen and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent planning, project management, time management and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration mindset.
Strong ability to utilise data and information to draw out insights and drive outcomes.
Capacity to quickly comprehend intricate concepts and adjust to shifting circumstances.
Experience with financial analysis tools such as Bloomberg or Morningstar Direct advantageous.
Understanding and experience with ETFs/unlisted funds advantageous.
