Shape up business driven IT solutions for Corporate Actions & Income Processing department
Work closely with Operations & Business teams to translate complex business requirements to meaningful IT requirements
Independently drive data, function and behavioral analysis
Be an intrinsic part of IT Agile scrum teams and help execute deliveries inline with business acceptance criteria
Assist in quality control and project management
Take lead on front to back testing activities
Manage senior stakeholder expectations
Your team
You ll be working in an Agile team that is focused on modernizing and building next-gen digital application stack in Securities Operations and Corporate Action systems in Group Operations IT of Investment Bank. Members of this team work closely with Global Securities Management, as well as Group Operations from all business areas to provide global solutions for varied business requirements.

You need to have the following experiences:
Product Management in Investment Banking or similar areas
Business analysis techniques for requirement refinement
Driving and managing backlog for scrum teams in a global context
Defining technology & operational-business process frameworks
Agile (scrum-based) delivery and related project management
Strong analytical, problem-solving experiences
Front to back testing, leadership & coordination across multiple global teams
Comfort with SQL, Unix, messaging tools and importantly large data-set analysis & interpretation
(Good to have) Exposure to flow tools (eg JIRA, Teamcity), behavioral test frameworks (eg JBehave, Cucumber etc)
(Good to have) Experience working with Digital platforms such as Kafka, Kibana, Elasticsearch etc
You are:
passionate about greenfield development and willingness to quickly upskill on digital stack
technically savvy with usage of tools that aid business analysis
adaptable, able to work across teams and functions
fluent in English
