Job Purpose Defining current account product strategy aligning with Banks strategy Adherence to regulatory compliance and processes Key Accountabilities Ensuring profitability of current account portfolio Develop product propositions and improvise process to enhance customer experience Timely submission of regulatory reports Using digital platforms to enhance customer experience Job Duties & responsibilities Defining current account product strategy aligning with Banks strategy Building new customer value propositions and improvements to existing products Ensuring compliance to all regulatory policies and compliances Regular review of the portfolio to understand the customer behaviour so as to improve profitability Conduct market analysis, feasibility studies and trend analysis to keep abreast of industry development and identify opportunities Required Experience 2 Years + experience in Retail/Digital Banking 2 Years + Experienced in Product development and reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel/Power point Education / Preferred Qualifications MBA from a reputed institute preferred Minimum requirement: Graduate degree Core Competencies Stakeholder Management Communications Skills Drive for results Ability to work in an environment of changing requirements Technical Competencies Relevant experience in Banking products Market and Competitive knowledge Work Relationship Will be working across verticals – Finance, Marketing, LCS.
