• We are looking for an innovative and versatile Product Manager/Learning Designer/Curriculum Manager with data science expertise to join our growing education technology team.
• You will lead curriculum development initiatives for AI and Machine Learning programs, combining instructional design excellence with technical expertise.
• You'll have complete ownership to create market-leading educational experiences that help students master complex technical skills and achieve tangible learning outcomes in the competitive AI landscape.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of developing successful online learning experiences for technical courses, particularly in computer science, data science, or AI
• 3-5 years of product/curriculum management experience on ML/AI-related courses or Master's in ML/AI-related domains
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/BE) from Tier 1/2 engineering colleges or experience at Tier 1 companies/startups in similar roles.
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques (Supervised, Unsupervised, Deep Learning)
• Proficiency with Python and ML libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn
• Familiarity with MLOps principles and practices (preferred)
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Knowledge of instructional design models and learning science principles
• Experience with educational technologies and content creation tools
• Intelligent and curious mindset with a passion for learning technical concepts
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning content
• Experience with or active participation in competitive programming, hackathons, and coding events (desirable)
• Data-driven decision-making abilities
• Creative thinking and innovation in educational design
