Location – Parramatta
Employment type – Temporary Full-Time, 35 hours per week up to * months
Grade – Clerk Grade 11/12
Salary – $149,739 pa - $173,174 pa plus employers’ contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role

Lead the delivery and ongoing improvement of the Offender Integrated Management System (OIMS) and Offender Kiosk suite. Oversee service delivery and project teams to ensure systems are secure, reliable, and aligned to operational needs. Partner with stakeholders, vendors, and procurement to manage contracts, drive enhancements, and maintain alignment with enterprise architecture, business strategy, and security standards.

What you’ll do

You will lead teams to ensure OIMS and Offender Kiosk are secure, operational, and continuously improving. Responsibilities include:
Leading service delivery and project teams
Ensuring systems meet operational requirements
Gathering, prioritising, and translating business needs into deliverables
Overseeing system enhancements, configuration, and technical solutions
Managing incidents, requests, and problem resolution
Ensuring changes meet service transition and security standards
Managing vendor relationships, contracts, KPIs, and budgets
Identifying and mitigating risks, including audit and compliance requirements
Fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and service-focused team environment

What we’re looking for

We are seeking an ICT leader with proven experience delivering enterprise applications and managing ICT services. Key qualities include:
Experience managing enterprise applications and ICT services
Strong understanding of incident, request, and problem management
Ability to translate business needs into clear priorities and outcomes
Experience in vendor, contract, and budget management
Sound knowledge of risk, audit, and compliance practices
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Demonstrated people leadership and team development capability
Commitment to security, service excellence, and continuous improvement
