In order to support the business development and the company's growth, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager.

Responsibilities

You will be in charge of capturing the company business objectives and converting them into operational tasks. Your mission: deliver the right product on time.

• Lead strategic vision of the product based on internal and external customer needs

• Divide vision into phases, prioritize and drive backlogs for launch with engineering teams

• Make suggestions and take actions when roadmap need to be adjusted, evaluate risks

• Define and track progress on product metrics and KPIs, and report to leadership and the entire company

• Take into account user feedback to ensure the product meets their needs

• Coordinate R&D to guarantee quick time-to-market delivery with optimal resources

• Manage a team of Product Owners.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a technical field with a strong product experience (within large companies is a preferred)

• Experience with embedded software

• Organizational skills in order to structure large scale problems into small tasks

• Ability to understand technical challenges as well as business priorities

• Leadership and excellent communication skills to inspire and challenge development teams

• Proven ability to inform and influence decision-making

• Very fluent in English
