Position: Product Manager

Principal responsibilities :
The perfect candidate is a strategic thinker who is extremely analytical and detail oriented and great at multitasking and prioritizing, as well.
As a B2C product manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of Tax2Win products, identify market requirements, define the product vision, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the product roadmap.
Key Areas of Responsibility :
Analyze the effectiveness of the current features and define ways to acquire, engage and monetize users based on analytics data and a good understanding of customer needs.
Work closely with the design & development teams to explain the requirements of new features and change requests for current features.
Closely manage the rollout of all product requirements with a focus on both quality and time to market.
Set up, develop and roll out structured learning experiments through A/B tests surveys, and user interviews for developing and testing hypotheses for product features & communications.
In charge of competitor analysis, market analysis, product analysis, business cases, product evolution, feature prioritization, high-level requirement gathering, and product marketing.
Understand the rapidly evolving technology and business trends in Indian financial services and regulatory environment and spot opportunities for creating unique and differentiated products.
Desired Candidate :
3-6 years of product management experience working in the internet economy.
Should have hands-on experience in building and managing web products.
Knowledge of financial services and Indian laws related to Income tax, GST, etc is essential.
Understanding of the fintech landscape is a plus.
Should have a great design sense.
Works well under pressure and has the ability to work within stringent timelines and collaborate across departments to achieve results.
Must be a true problem solver with outstanding skills in discovery techniques and the proven ability to translate the underlying business needs of requests into actionable items.
Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization.
A passion to solve user problems in the financial services space
Qualifications :
- B.E./B.Tech a must
MBA from a premier institute is preferred
