I. Introduction

As a Product Manager, you will ideate, build, manage, and curate the Product. You will be responsible for driving new product initiatives for the Company. You should be strategic, detail-oriented and have relevant product management experience. You should be comfortable working with all stakeholders in a fast-paced, data and technology-driven environment. To write clear product specifications, you will be expected to deeply understand users – their needs, desires, restrictions, and concerns. You will liaise with Branding, Finance, Commercial & Technology teams to drive alignment and shared purpose. You will ensure that the Product is delivering on the commercial objectives of the Company and shall implement necessary measures to achieve and exceed the P&L targets. This role would provide you with an opportunity to join a small team with big ambitions.

II. Responsibilities

· Take end-to-end ownership of the Product - from strategizing, writing feature specifications development, release, analyzing key metrics, driving business results to iteration for continued improvement.

o Establish a shared vision with all stakeholders by building alignment on Product priorities.

o Leverage user research, usability studies, market research, experiments & data analysis and build user personas using this understanding.

o Translate understanding into requirements that solve real problems for a large set of users.

o Writing impact analysis, PRD, edge cases and other required specifications to provide clarity to other stakeholders.

· Present clear, measurable objectives that will lead to achieving our business goals.

· Lead and support initiatives to drive user feedback & research, acting as a ‘voice of the customer’.

· Be a visionary who can think out of the box and introduce new trends in the market. Ensure that Product decisions are based on strong logical rigor and in-depth analysis, and value data over opinions.

· Work with Marketing leads to develop and execute integrated marketing plans through all phases of Product development.

· Interface with all relevant stakeholders to drive timely, seamless and successful rollouts/ launches.

· Documenting technical story details after reviewing the work that needs to be completed with development teams.

· Leading backlog grooming when new work needs to be assigned, along with creating and assigning stories to technical team members.

III. Profile Requisites

· 4+ years of Product Management or data-driven business analyst experience.

· Education: BE/ BTech from premier college. MBA from Tier 1 college is a plus.

· Experience in Real Money Gaming is a must.

· Passion to self-motivate, the guile to sell your ideas to other stakeholders, and the drive to execute those ideas cross-functionally.

· Analytical, data-driven thinking with advanced problem-solving skills. Ability to identify use cases and solutions that can be reused across multiple areas.

· Experience with developing mobile products, technologies and platforms are strongly desired.

· Used A/B testing and/or similar methodologies to conduct experiments to validate hypotheses.

· Experience in handling 2-3 large features/ products in different stages of development.

· Exceptional data analysis skills with strong attention to detail.

· Proficiency with industry-standard tools like PowerBI, Confluence, Jira, Asana, SQL.

· Ability to create crisp visual representations of complex data.

· Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insights on industry trends.

· Outstanding written, oral, and organizational ability.

· Love for games and education and for creating fun, compelling and addictive user experiences.
