Job Description
• To develop and oversee customer Loyalty/Rewards programs to drive sales and increase customer lifetime value.
• Responsible for planning and overseeing the implementation of the Loyalty/Rewards programs, from specific promotions to the overall program structure.
• Close cooperation with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into loyalty program rules, processes and configurations.
• Perform in-depth target audience research and execute data-driven customer segmentation to ensure our loyalty programs are customized according to each audience segment.
• Cooperation with Data Science team and Tech teams with regards to application configuration and enhancements along.
• Managing the budgets for promotional activities and analyzing the ROI on the same.
• Testing of configured rules in the system to assure business requirements compliance.
• Analysis of the Loyalty/Rewards program performance and its impact on the overall impact on revenue.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Management, Marketing, IT)
• Minimum 2 years of experience working and managing a loyalty/Rewards program
• Strong analytical skills and experience in project management
• Ability to organize own work
• Knowledge of software supporting sales and Loyalty/Rewards programs would be an advantage
