We’re building a SaaS platform focused on improving operational visibility and workflow efficiency within the construction sector.
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager who understands how to turn market insight into commercial, scalable software.
This is not a task-management role.
This is about owning direction, prioritising correctly, and building something the market genuinely values.
If you’ve taken SaaS products from idea through to market traction, and you’re confident making high-impact product decisions, this role is for you.
What You’ll Own
Product Strategy & Direction
• Define and champion a clear product vision aligned with commercial goals.
• Build and maintain a focused, outcome-driven roadmap.
• Make prioritisation decisions based on market value, not internal preference.
Market & Customer Insight
• Conduct structured market research and competitor analysis.
• Engage directly with industry users and stakeholders to validate needs.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities within the construction tech landscape.
• Continuously assess and strengthen product–market fit.
Product Execution
• Own and prioritise the product backlog.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure clarity before development begins.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product review sessions with discipline.
Stakeholder Leadership
• Act as the voice of the customer in every product decision.
• Bridge business objectives with technical implementation.
• Communicate trade-offs clearly and confidently.
Measurement & Growth
• Define meaningful KPIs tied to commercial and user outcomes.
• Use feedback and performance data to inform iteration.
• Adapt roadmap direction based on evidence and market movement.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Owner within SaaS.
• Track record of launching and scaling B2B software products.
• Strong background in market validation and commercial thinking.
• Confident working in early-stage, fast-moving environments.
• Structured decision-maker with strong prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communicator, able to simplify complex ideas.
Nice to Have
• Experience within construction tech, workflow platforms, or operational SaaS.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks.
• Experience working closely with engineering-led teams.
