Product Manager – Surgical

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to lead our Surgical portfolio. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for driving market share growth, strengthening brand leadership, and delivering long-term business success.

What you’ll do
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive market share, profitability, and sustainable growth

Lead new product launches, lifecycle management, pricing strategies, and campaign development

Create and deliver educational initiatives such as roadshows, workshops, and hands-on clinical events to support surgeon engagement and patient safety

Monitor market dynamics and use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and guide decision-making

Act as the go-to expert for the commercial team — providing product training, clinical support, and market insights

Build strong clinical and commercial relationships with surgeons, and hospital stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand

Who you are – required experience
Proven experience in product management within medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences

Strong communicator and influencer, comfortable engaging with internal teams and external clinical stakeholders

Commercially driven with a strategic mindset and a focus on execution

Comfortable analysing data and translating insights into clear, actionable plans

Proficient in digital marketing tools and visual communication platforms

Tertiary qualifications in marketing, biomedical science, engineering, healthcare, or a related field

Preferred experience
Experience with surgical technologies or within the operating theatre environment

Successful track record of launching new products into the market
