This position is part of Technology Infrastructure Services (TIS) organization and falls under Cloud Services team (ECP).

Enterprise Cloud Platforms team in the CTI organization offers Private and Public Cloud platforms for Bank of America’s developers to drive faster time-to-market, innovation with private and public cloud capabilities, and reduce complexity with built-in integrations. Job Description
Product Manager, who will be a key towards the multi team development & operational delivery of the large portfolio, by understanding the business requirements, manage changes, removing roadblocks, communicate broadly with multiple technical & functional groups and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Communicate effective with internal and external stakeholders technically to deliver objectives of the project / program.
• To work closely product owners, help, facilitate, develop, and complete product roadmap deliverables.
• Create product roadmap & further bring the product vison into life.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Master throughout the development & ensure everyone is on same page regarding the timelines and task prioritization.
• Provide clear communication with the business stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient development process is enabled.
• Access Risk & steer the team away from the roadblocks, work proactively & arrive at the sustainable solution.
• Ability to network and coordinate across different teams and stakeholders to keep everyone work towards the single goal.
• To establish the product goal, guide on the development process from conception to release
• Hold through delivery expertise & work closely with engineering and design teams
• Should take logistical decisions that influences the product development timeline
• Work with the engineering teams to overcome unexpected roadblocks that may impede product development.
• To handle logistical end of the product strategy by facilitating steps in the development process
• Produce optimization reporting to all the key business stakeholders
• Ability to communicate complex technology to senior management across multiple lines of business
• Support technology executives with tasks, issues, and risks through partnership with technical leads, product owner and business stakeholders
• Engage in understanding the requirements, use cases & feed details to the engineering teams via Tools and processes.
Requirements
Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA
Certifications if any: NA
Experience Range: 8 to 10 years

Work Timings
6:30AM - 3:30 PM and 12:30PM - 0+:30PM
