Role/Job Title: Used Commercial Vehicle Product Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Used Commercial Vehicle Product Manager to lead the development, management, and growth of our used commercial vehicle finance products. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, improving profitability, managing P&L, and minimizing delinquency.
Job Purpose:
Monitoring product performance, determining weaknesses in the marketing strategy, and providing suggestions and recommendations to improve sales.
Works with the marketing team on ensuring existing products and newly developed items fare well in the market.
Will be responsible for assisting rural channels with respect to any new channel/variant/product launch, partnerships, trainings, designing product journeys and processes to drive these business with end goal of ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Will also be responsible for engagement with multiple stakeholders to manage these portfolios
Key inputs are on below lines:
• Product Management
• Process Management
• Market dynamics
• P&L Management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Define and implement product strategies in close coordination with hubs and markets. Responsible for creating a product strategy best suited for Rural India.
• Develop commercial offers to maximize volumes and profitability through the product life cycle.
• Portfolio Review and Performance management: Development of market insight, Conducting.
• Post launch Product audits. Revaluate Competitor action. Analyze Product and Portfolio Performance.
• Refining/evaluating Pricing Structure. Adjusting marketing and Promotional Plans. Assess channel Performance. Rationalization of Portfolios.
• Devising smooth/innovative customer journey end to end.
• Process Streamlining: Customization/digitalization in the Loan process/system platform.
• Identifying market needs and turning these into requirements towards our Technology, Digital and IT and other parts of our organization.
• Development of Sales Arguments, Features, and Benefits in order to drive sales and to support our hubs and dealers in their sales processes.
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with different stakeholders for smooth functioning of product.
• Maintaining MIS and Product decks for periodic review.
• Daily interaction with sales, operations, credit for reaching maximum and daily disbursal volumes for the product along with product parameters related drive designs and execution.
Key Success Metrics:
To analysis the behavior, activities, and performance of the product.
Education Qualification:
Master or equivalent degree in business, Finance, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in asset finance, commercial vehicle finance, or a related field, with a focus on product management.
