THE ROLE
As Product Manager you will define and drive the strategy and development of Temenos wealth management digital banking products across the full lifecycle. You will build and own the roadmap and guide delivery teams to create innovative and high-quality products. You will evangelize your product internally and externally and quickly become the primary SME for digital wealth banking at Temenos.
To succeed in this role you will need to have a strong understanding of what it means for wealth management to go digital, from mass-market automated solutions to servicing sophisticated HNWIs. You will need to be able to manage a wide network of internal and external stakeholders.
OPPORTUNITIES
• You will be the creative force in driving strategy for your product by leveraging your industry experience, analysis of market trends, competitor analysis, and global regulatory requirements
• You will build and maintain your product roadmap. Liaise with other product teams to align to Temenos-wide digital banking initiatives and themes
• You will prepare requirement documents and coach Product Owners on detailing user stories. Support and guide engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle to deliver quality products, making prioritization calls when required
• You will use solid understanding of CX best practices and latest digital banking trends to drive the product experiences
• You will work closely with sales and marketing to support product Go-To-Market through creation of collateral and presentations. Support regional pre-sales teams they are ready to position your product
• You will engage with banking clients and support implementation projects for your product as required
• You will identify and engage with FinTechs providing complementary products capable of enhancing the overall eco-system; define and drive product integrations.
Skills
• You should have experience as a Product Manager or similar position with a proven record of delivering market leading solutions
• You must have experience in the Wealth Management domain (portfolio management, brokerage, robo-advisors, investment advisory) with focus on digital customer experiences
• You should have good understanding of broader digital banking trends, platforms and customer interactions
• You should Ideally have a good understanding of Temenos product stack.
• You should have minimum working knowledge of technical architecture, including micro-services, REST APIs, and web-components
• You should have previous experience in a SaaS company or working knowledge of SaaS based deployments and software development lifecycle and processes
• You should have excellent communication and relationship management skills across a diverse network
• You should have experience working with distributed global teams
