This is a central role necessitating close interaction with various stakeholders like IBU branch, Compliance, Legal, Technology/ Operations & Service Delivery, Audit Marketing, Strategy teams of the Bank, besides continuous engagements with Business RM's, Customers and Product Sales Managers.Responsibilities/

Demonstrate active involvement in the definition and implementation of IBU product strategy with focus on new opportunities. Implementing and executing the Product and Marketing Strategy for IBU with complete Business P/L responsibilities.
•
Knowledge leadership is crucial in the areas of Trade Finance, Corporate Lending, Capital Account Transactions and Capital Market Business.
The deliverables for Product Management role would need clear understanding of the following: i. All ICC Rules and practices. (UCP 600, ISP +8,ISBP, URC 522, URR 525, URDG)ii. FEMA / IFSCA guidelines applicable to IBU businessiii. Understanding of AML, OFAC and International Payment and clearing settlement Processiv. Understanding of All risks associated with a transaction viz Product, Process, Legal, Ops, Transactional Credit

Digitization is a key theme for the bank. Critical for the incumbent to work closely with Technology team to identify and implement best available digital solutions for product/ process management.
•
Ensure effective Internal Control systems are in place and related procedures/ techniques are developed & implemented so as to minimize credit, regulatory and other operational losses. Essential competencies
• Product and Process Knowledge in the Domain
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Team Orientation and Customer Focus
• Analytical and Problem SolvingQualifications & relevant experienceMBA / CA/ CWA with relevant domain experience 5+ years post qualification experience in Product Management function with WB Trade exposure only
