The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of the BBPS product and its transaction workflow.
• Prepare product approval committee notes in collaboration with compliance, operations, technology, and other relevant departments.
• Develop process documents and standard operating procedures related to the BBPS product.
• Coordinate with technical, operational, and customer support teams to ensure smooth implementation of products and processes.
• Utilize API's (JSON, XML, etc.) and have experience working with them.
• Maintain daily interactions with partners and clients to manage product requirements.
• Gather feedback from clients, designers, development teams, and adjust product specifications according to market demands.
