Key Responsibilities:
Detail understanding of BBPS product & its transaction workflow. Preparing Product Approval committee notes in coordination with Compliance, ORMC, technology, Operation, etc. Defining process and preparing SOPs related to BBPS product Co-ordinating with tech, operations and customer support for smooth implementation of products and processes Understanding & implementation experience on working with API’s (Message format JSON, XML, etc.) Managing & daily interaction with partners/client for product requirement Obtaining feedback from clients, designers, development team and adjusting product specifications as per market requirements.
