Job Description
Leading Digital Customer Acquisition channels, Product & P&L Management & the Capability team which embraces & deploys new technologies for completing the customer acquisition process digitally
Drive and implement sales strategy across all the locations for online CD business through direct team and partners
Work on key sales metrics to improve field, call centre conversion and penetration
Measure the productivity and efficiency level of sales team, centralized team closely and initiate corrective action leading to higher revenue per employee
Solve eCommerce sellers liquidity challenges by offering Seller Finance.
Integrate interest free EMI finance to make high ticket consumer purchases "affordable" for eCommerce industry.
Provide seamless customer experience by offering 1-click (tap) loans for Seller and Consumer finance across mobile and desktop platforms.
Job Requirements
Qualification – MBA and/or Professional Degree preferred
Job Knowledge and experience –
Should have at least 4-5 years of experience in sales / marketing/ product management
Should have at least 2 years of experience in managing online sales for a large brand.
Should have good understanding of CD Business
Should be able to drive and work with a Team reporting
Should be a Team player, Relationship person and should be ready to travel widely
