Job Description
To handle Policy, Product & Process for Business Banking Assets (BBA)
Initiate Policy and Process Changes based on business/control requirement
Making changes in the Policy Document and getting the same cleared from Business, Ops, Risk and Compliance
Ensure that the Policy is being understood and followed by branches and team in true spirit.
Strategically evolve and grow existing products and services.
Develop tools and processes for ease of business.
Manage collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and external.
Preparation and roll out of dashboards to ascertain performance efficiency.
Managing channel payout and monitoring TAT.
Management of other product related adhoc activities, audit process for BBA.
To ensure that competition policies and best practices are being followed.
Job Requirement
Preferably MBA/ CA
Experience: 2-3 years experience in product management. Background in Credit & Sales is preferred.
Strong oral and written Communication
Relationship Management Skill
Good influencing skills
