Job Purpose :
A Corporate Salary Product Manager would contribute to the innovation & expansion of the current corporate salary Product Suite. This would result into increase in acquisition and deepening of the existing corporate salary portfolio thereby expanding the Retail franchise.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Product Management - Manage the existing suite of corporate salary products
Develop new product variants for new segments
Conduct Competition Benchmarking - Track competition products, identify new features and recommend basis profitability evaluation
Monitor and track business growth basis product variants and recommend offer revision where required
Identify, review and facilitate development of marketing collaterals pertaining to the Salary Portfolio
Review and ensure updated product information is made available on various touch points i.e., both internal and external customers
Product training and awareness
Channel support and query resolution
Customer communication
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
Stakeholder management to create solutions through collaborations
Knowledge of Channel Management will be preferred
Educational Qualifications:
Graduate – Any
Post Graduate - Any MBA
Experience:
Minimum of 3-6 years from BFSI
