Job Description
Developing relationship with Channel partners to garner high mind share and business for the bank.
. Give inputs to Sales team and HO to enhance business & competitiveness at the stores.
. Build relationship with the store managers / Key persons at the stores.
. Handle large format retailers / modern trade in the assigned territory/region.
. To work closely with the sales team to penetrate the market by identifying new dealers and initiating tie up process.
. Managing Trade Advance piece for Consumer Durable.
. Handling dealer escalations, ensure quick action on the same by coordinating with the required departments and thereby ensure client satisfaction.
. Increasing dealer engagement through MISs & various data cuts.
. Reconciliation of dealer payouts and incentives on a regular basis.
. Publishing various MIS for CD business growth / degrowth as compared to last month/ last FY, City wise Business Trend Analysis to the Sales Network and monthly Business decks to the Dealers.
Job Requirements:
Qualification-MBA and/or Professional Degree preferred
. Job Knowledge and experience -
. Should have at least 4-5 years of experience in sales / marketing/ product management
. Should have good understanding of CD Business
. Should be able to drive and work with a Team reporting
. Should be a Team player, Relationship person and should be ready to travel widely
