Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Detail understanding of BBPS product & its transaction workflow.
• Preparing Product Approval committee notes in coordination with Compliance, ORMC, technology, Operation, etc.
• Defining process and preparing SOPs related to BBPS product
• Co-ordinating with tech, operations and customer support for smooth implementation of products and processes
• Understanding & implementation experience on working with API’s (Message format JSON, XML, etc.)
• Managing & daily interaction with partners/client for product requirement
• Obtaining feedback from clients, designers, development team and adjusting product specifications as per market requirements.
