Product Manager|Factoring CLF

Job Title - Product Manager - Channel Management Place of work - Mumbai Business Unit - Wholesale Banking Function - Transaction Banking Group- Product Job Purpose: Product Manager for Channel Management (Dealer/Vendor Finance, SID, PID) and Factoring (Operating Lease, Receivables purchase), working with Client coverage teams in providing channel finance solutions as per client requirements. This should be done with the Banks interest in view. Managing the portfolio for any early warnings and hygiene. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage Supply Chain (Dealer/Vendor Finance, SID, PID) and Factoring (Operating Lease, Receivables purchase) Product Program. Ensure competitive pricing and nil overdue across CLF (Corporate Linked Finance) portfolio. Liaise with Credit/coverage/sales team to set-up dealer/vendor programs for specific industry / segments. Work with Product Head to track portfolio profitability and health with eye on meeting revenue targets. Liaise with regulatory and internal audit teams and ensure nil regulatory/control deviations. Keep close watch on market dynamics and make necessary program amendments in line with changing economic/industrial environment. Tie-ups with various new age tech platforms providing complete digital solutions in supply chain arena. SPOC for operating Lease and TReDS portfolio. Review and structure each Operating Lease mandate from product perspective. Provide necessary analysis and calculations for mandate set-ups. Manage 3 TReDS exchanges and ensure competitive bidding. Handling advisory and approval for day to day transactions of Supply Chain and Factoring. Covenant tracking for all credit/non-credit parameters & provide daily MIS on CLF portfolio movement Educational Qualifications: Graduate - Any Post Graduate- Any Experience: 6-8 years of experience
