Roles & Responsibilities
• Min 3-5years experience into Retail/ Banking Industry in Training & Development. Should have an experience into of handeling 3 to 5 Trainers.
• Evaluate Training needs & plan programs accordingly/. In Depth understandings of TNI/ TNA process and ability to make recommendations for process improvements.
• In depth understand training metrics and impact to business metrics
• Imparting Technical Training for On-Rolls & Off-Roll Team. Should have exposure of Sales & Field OJT Training.
• Conduct Training Sessions - Virtual Training/ Classroom Training/ OJT (retail stores).
• Administering Test for RM’s & Above for testing their learnings & planning future training programs
• Handling Learning Management Portal, Designing & Developing Content & driving Rewards & Recognitions program
Secondary Responsibilities :
• Preparing Training Calendar & initiating training programs
• Pre & Post Training MIS
• Performance Basis Analysis MIS (Based on their Monthly & Quarterly Sales Reports)
• Conduct Sales Skills, Soft Skills & Behaviour Training as per needs analysis.
Responsibility: Ability to Measure & Asses Training (Product, System/ Technical & Other Skills) for On-Roll & Off Roll
