Key responsibilities
Managing key alliance partnerships for the business – agreement negotiations, commercials, billing, audits
Working with technology vendors to deliver new solutions to drive product offtake and business growth
Responsible for training and communication to channels like Branch Banking, Business Banking, Govt Business, TASC, Priority on relevant POS/QR products and solutions
Identifying gaps in existing solutions and working with BSG and IT to deliver the enhancements
Driving campaigns for Sales teams to generate product interest and deliver number targets
Ownership of the process for related products and solutions, including training of Sales and Ops and resolving queries raised by them
Requirements
MBA from a reputed institute with upto 2 years’ Work Experience.
High analytical ability and excellent communications skills with ability to connect and work with people across diverse levels, segments and geographies.
Experience and knowledge of product sales and distribution through banking channel is mandatory.
Understanding of payment products like point of sales card acceptance, UPI QR, etc. will be an added advantage.
Must have basic skills and proficiency of tools/software for data analysis, presentations, proposal drafting etc.
Quick learner, ability to take initiatives, break ice and work collaboratively in cross functional teams
