Job Description
Personal Loans is looking for Dynamic, Data Driven and Effective Communicator/go-getters to work on the PL Xsell agenda among bank customers (other than PL).
The Product Manager PL Xsell will have the following responsibilities:
Driving Xsell numbers in bank customer base with targets
Understanding & Leveraging tech platforms – SFDC & CRM
Identify Opportunities for scaling up Xsell in respective customer segments through deep understanding of data
Work with respective Asset-Liability product/business teams to scale business
Co-create products suited for large customer segments like CFB among others
Design & execute journeys with internal teams for efficient conversions and NPS
Job Requirements-

Deep understanding of Data & its usage to scale
IT savvy
Ability to work with Cross Functional Teams and multi-task
Collaboration skills
