Pepper Content (www.peppercontent.io) is building a global content marketplace that brings companies and content creators together to scale up content creation processes across 75+ content verticals and 150+ content categories. Over the past 5 years, over 100,000+ freelance content creators have applied to be part of the Pepper network of which we work with the top 5% talent, and on the other end - we work with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and the majority of the startup ecosystem.
We are on the path to building a global on-demand content marketplace platform that allows for
collaboration, discovery, and upskilling for all our creators. Now we are in a rapid expansion phase to enter into more content service offerings, engage a wide spectrum of content creators and simultaneously scale up our existing services.
n this role, you will be helping us in product education internally (to our team) and externally (to our customers and users). You will be assisting us in pulling off product training events. B2B SaaS is booming and this role has a great future for marketers who likes to humanize technical stuff. Job Responsibilities:
• Work with the Product team to understand upcoming features and create a training and launch plan for the same.
• Coordinate with the marketing team and work with them to execute the launch plan end-to-end.
• Connect with customers and users to get product feedback and share it with relevant teams to make their experience better
• Conduct regular internal training and create collaterals for product education.
The ideal candidate must -
• Exceptional writing and research skills
• Passion for content marketing space and how tech products can solve processes
• A knack for content writing and copywriting
• Ability to take ownership of work
• Be open to working with different teams
In-office role - Mumbai (Times Square Building-Andheri East)
Work timings - 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Working days - Monday to Friday
Duration: 3 Months
