Main Responsibilities:
• Develop product and strategy-level marketing resources to provide different client groups across Europe, Asia and North America with compelling information and materials they need to make informed investment decisions
• Work closely with investment teams, sales teams and product to shape narratives and messaging that is aligned to business strategy and tailored for specific target audiences
• Improve and support the establishment of materials that explain the key messaging of a range of funds and strategies ensuring that our full capabilities can be effectively presented to clients and prospects
• Work closely with Investment/Integrated Marketing, Content and PR teams to develop product and strategy level messaging in content and communications
• Join relevant investment and product meetings to ensure that materials are correctly positioned, and the external product toolkit aligns to strategic priorities and the product lifecycle
• Ensure consistency in product and strategy level messaging across all forms of collateral, ensuring timely reviews and updates
• Partner with product teams on early positioning around product launches.
• Work with product development to educate distribution colleagues on messaging to ensure consistency
Desired Skills:
• Deep understanding of the regulatory and compliance frameworks across jurisdictions
• Strong experience in fixed income (inc. alternatives) and equities marketing to Intermediary audiences
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and drive change
• Strong understanding of how to turn complex investment strategies into simple language that is visually compelling
• Strong team player – ability to build relationships across the business; work collaboratively with colleagues as well as working independently
• Ability to process information quickly, write and develop content
• Ability to collaborate or lead and deliver on time multiple projects with a high level of personal accountability
