Job Details
• Job Location : Marol, Andheri E, Mumbai
• 3- 6 months full-time probation with conversion based on performance
• Insurance for 4+2, benefits, commissions and perks are additional to the salary
• Free lunch, snacks, beverages, outings and other perks are included during probation and employment

As a Product Marketing Associate, your primary responsibility is to continue to grow Engati’s offerings, working with a multi-disciplinary development team. As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for gaps in our product offerings and the innovative mindset to fill them. You’re a highly-skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product production — from conception through release.
Requirements
• 0 - 1 year of experience with a Bachelor's degree
• MBA preferred
• A passionate team player with immense energy and affinity to work with customers and grow them.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into simple product messaging that can be easily consumed across multiple buyer personas.
• Content creation skills, including product demos, white-papers, blogs, ebooks, infographics, product and solution briefs
• Ability to build end-to-end plans and manage execution and distribution across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, including the ability to create and deliver effective presentations.
• Ability to reason, think and identify problems and work with teams to design, estimate & deliver a solution for the same.
• A persistent learner with the ability to constantly learn and grow with the team.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with product management and broader marketing function to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas.
• Work across the marketing team to provide product marketing content for the website, collateral, public and analyst relations, trade shows, online marketing, customer stories, and more.
• Develop tools such as sales kits, ROI analysis, and messaging guides to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Plan the launches of new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
• Market intelligence: be the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy, and their key buying criteria
