About the job:
Key responsibilities:
1. Translating complex product features into clear marketing content (blogs, landing pages, feature explainers)
2. Actively engaging with leads and prospects via phone calls to explain offerings, answer queries, and gather feedback
3. Supporting in-office marketing activities, including walk-ins, partner discussions, and product demos
4. Creating use-case driven messaging for different audiences (buyers, developers, lawyers, investors)
5. Coordinating with the product team to understand new features and communicate them effectively
6. Following up with inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and partnerships
7. Collecting on-ground feedback from conversations and sharing insights with the product and growth teams
8. Assisting in planning and executing offline marketing initiatives (events, meetups, partner visits, demos)
9. Maintaining basic lead notes and communication summaries for internal tracking
10. Helping position the platform as a trust-first, data-driven solution through both digital and human interaction
