Internship Opportunity: Product Marketing Developer
About Us:
We are revolutionizing personal assistance by making it accessible to everyone! Our unique service combines human touch and artificial intelligence, allowing users to book a taxi, reserve a restaurant, or plan a trip with a simple WhatsApp message. We are growing rapidly with over 10,000 new clients per month!
Your Missions:
• Assist one of the founders in daily management and act as their right-hand person
• Research tools to meet various company needs, organize demo calls, and test selected tools
• Perform basic configurations of tools when technical team intervention is not required
• Optimize the use of existing tools (Zendesk, WhatsApp Automation, Aircall, Brevo, etc.) for maximum efficiency
• Create specifications and tickets for optimizations requiring technical intervention
• Source and integrate appropriate service providers for each tool, if necessary
• Propose innovative solutions to improve team and agent productivity
• Participate in continuous product improvement by working closely with the product team, founders, and operations
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of projects and improvements to guarantee their success and relevance
• Contribute to technological monitoring and the implementation of new practices to stay at the forefront of innovation
Your Profile:
• Student at one of the top 15 business or engineering schools with a strong interest in technology and no-code tools
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a startup mindset
• Versatile and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Autonomous and proactive in your work
• Obsessed with productivity and optimization through tools and AI
• Continuously up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and its integration into processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
