We are seeking a dynamic and driven Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help us bring our latest product to market. This product has the potential to disrupt the recruitment industry, and we need someone who is not afraid to think outside the box to make it happen.
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will:
• Develop and execute product launch plans, including crafting compelling messaging and positioning, creating sales enablement materials, and coordinating cross-functional efforts
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for product differentiation in the industry Identify and Partner with the sales team to develop
• targeted sales materials and enable them to effectively communicate the value of our product to potential customers
• Collaborate with the product team to understand the roadmap and contribute to product strategy
• Analyze market trends and competitors to inform product positioning and messaging
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably in high-tech/SaaS space
• Excellent copy writing skills – feel free to share writing samples
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• The ability to think strategically and execute tactically
• A passion for innovative products and a deep understanding of the industry landscape
• An entrepreneurial spirit coupled with sense of humour, and the ability to have a good time while getting stuff done
