ClearFeed is a rapidly growing startup that's building a conversational support platform for new-age collaboration tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams. With marquee investors such as Sequoia Capital and 8VC, and a team of experienced 2nd-time founders from companies like Quobole, Amazon, and Facebook, we are building something in an exciting space.
We're currently seeking our first Product Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to work both on strategy and hands-on execution, reporting directly to the founders.
As the first PMM at ClearFeed, you'll primarily learn from our early customers and develop a marketing strategy to drive bottom-of-the-funnel conversion. You'll develop content and campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our products to prospects, while addressing their pain points and needs. You'll work closely with the founders to create messaging and assets that support your marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute bottom-of-the-funnel marketing strategies that drive conversion and revenue
• Create content and campaigns that speak to our target audience's pain points and needs, provide valuable solutions, and drive them toward a purchase decision
• Develop and execute product launch and promotion strategies that drive demand and revenue
• Collaborate with the demand generation team to create effective nurture campaigns
• Monitor market trends and competition to inform product strategy and marketing tactics
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of product marketing experience in a SaaS company
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and industry trends
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Experience developing and executing bottom-of-the-funnel marketing campaigns
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
