Our Department: Architecture and Design

Imagine a key initiative was a musical performance, then you are the conductor. Staying in sync with the composer (head of product marketing) and section leads (product marketing managers), you will play a crucial role within the Product Marketing team, driving the successful delivery of significant product releases, campaigns and projects (big and small). Understanding how to make things work best and finding synergy with multiple stakeholders is your happy place.

About Our Architecture & Design Division

Used by over 41 million global users, the Architecture and Design division's offering, SketchUp, is a popular and well-loved ecosystem of 3D modeling and design tools. Today, hundreds of thousands of architects, engineers, contractors, and other creatives use SketchUp to design and develop everything from complex construction details to intricate energy-efficient buildings. We pioneer innovation within Trimble’s AECO sector and strive to drive collaboration across and beyond our teams.

What You Will Do
• Plan, execute, and manage cross-functional integrated marketing programs for product releases within the Architecture and Design business.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive campaign timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product, sales, design, content, and external agencies, to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Lead project management efforts for product launch initiatives, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress, identify risks, and manage resources effectively.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the campaign life cycle.
• Assist the Head of Product Marketing in developing and implementing processes to streamline workflows, frameworks and templates and improve team efficiency.
• Introduce and advocate for agile methodologies within the Product Marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and project status to senior management.
• Run project retros and use data-driven insights to inform future strategies and campaigns.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in campaign management, project management, or a related role within the tech or SaaS industry.
• Proven track record of managing integrated releases, projects and campaigns and delivering successful product launches.
• Strong project management skills, with proficiency in tools such as Asana, Opal, Trello, or Jira.
• Experience with agile methodologies and a solid understanding of how to apply them in a marketing context.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to troubleshoot & problem solve, a people-first attitude, and a positive can-do mindset.
