Drive Product Innovation & Business Transformation at Suncorp
Join Suncorp Group as our Product Optimisation Manager within the Consumer Prevention & Protection Portfolio (CPPP). You'll lead a cross-functional team across home and motor insurance, owning delivery of high-impact initiatives that optimise products, enhance customer value, and drive business growth.
What You’ll Do
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the CPPP (Motor & Home Product) strategic program of work
Drive product lifecycle optimisation and continuous improvement activities across Consumer Insurance
Oversee delivery squads and business SMEs across product, operations, technology, and transformation
Own key product platforms and manage roadmaps, governance and system performance
Embed solutions that improve customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Prepare reporting and insights for executive stakeholders to support decision-making and portfolio oversight
What You’ll Bring
5+ years’ experience in the insurance or financial services industry, leading product or transformation programs
Proven track record in program management, project delivery or business optimisation roles
Strong leadership capability and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Understanding of technology platforms, data-driven insights, and delivery in agile environments
Commercial acumen and analytical thinking to evaluate outcomes and prioritise solutions
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, or a related field (desirable)
