• Job Title- Solution Architect Location- Pune
Role Description
As a key actor through project lifecycle, must have strong knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Hands-on experience should cover project goals analysis, AS-IS architecture analysis, prerequisites review and TO-BE architecture design and modelling. Understand the value of architecture practices, strong communication skills and be able to work effectively alongside business and IT leaders in governing alignment between target project deliverables.
The position is required as part of the build out of AFC Tech internal development team in India. The overall team will primarily deliver improvements in anti-financial crime capabilities that are major components of the regulatory portfolio, addressing various regulatory commitments to mandated monitors.

Responsibilities:
• Working to deliver strategic transformation and existing applications simplification, standardisation, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the relevant Technology stakeholders to ensure solution architecture synchronization and alignment.
• Designing solution overview during initiation and derive various architecture levels to lead project from design to delivery.
• Solving complex problems, reviewing existing architecture landscape, and producing fit for purpose Target Solution Architecture.
• Ensuring the solution design is in sync with Target Architecture principles, as well as with overarching organisational architecture, data, and security standards.
• Grasping and managing complexity of the data integration environment, in both a business and technical sense, understanding data and process flows through data integration layer and downstream/upstream systems dependencies.
• Designing technical solutions in an inclusive and participatory manner, to negotiate with and influence other design parties to reconcile technical & business considerations, arriving at the optimal solution aligning Target Solution with best practices and standards.
Skills and experience :
• Strong technical background of 15+ Years, with extensive experience as Solution Architect to have gained a better understand of the dependencies with other applications, central solutions, tools etc.
• Design consulting and engineering development as per best practices and solution implementation of solid principles to meet business goals along with regulatory requirements.
• Knows all facets of software development (including design patterns, modelling, modern software trends, frameworks and methods including Agile).
• Proven first class architecture skills with knowledge of best practices and understanding of current & emerging data technologies.
• Experience with Big Data, Edge and Cloud.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
